She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Abia State University in Uturu. Her educational background is further strengthened by a professional certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, underscoring her commitment to excellence and professional growth within the industry.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Illoh held key leadership roles, notably serving for several years as Deputy Manager at Union Bank Plc in Umuahia, where she was instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence within her team.
